De Mandarin Beach Resort Suites & Villas, Candolim

The rooms were super clean. The pool was very well maintained and clean. The breakfast spread was good, and the food overall was tasty. The staff were courteous and responsive. The bathrooms were clean. Six of my family stayed in the family suite with a pool view. Extra matrresses were put in the living room. There was enough room to accommodate us all. It is a walkable distance from Candolim beach, though the path is a bit bad and can't be used at night. The approach from the main road also isn't very far. Overall, it was a great stay. Would recommend it for families.

Good property, well maintained with a high level of service. The staff are extremely well-behaved and courteous led by Mirza Baig in the front office. The pool is well maintained but there is no section for the kids. The pool has a uniform depth of 4 feet. The rooms are well maintained, newly furnished and very spacious. We had a good pool view from D Wing. B Wing also has the pool view / pool access. The food is tasty. Let by the chef and his intern team of Nagaland boys we met, they are doing a great job. The breakfast menu option is good enough but not as much variety that one would expect in a 4 start hotel. The location is also great. Just out of the property and 50 metres away is the main road lined with restaurants, shops, shopping plaza, convenience stores etc. The property is secured with security staff 24x7.

Beautiful resort well located. The staff is next level professionals and go out of the way to make u comfortable. Must visit if u are travelling with family. Food is good 👍 but we were out mostly. Only drawback is that there is nothing to do for kids , like a swing or slide which most resorts have. The pool is huge and clean though.

good choice of food for breakfast, great pool service with wonderful freshly squeezed juices made to order, easy walk to either the main road or the beach. if you go to the beach turn left and look for The New Inn, Jame's shack, for more excellent food.
